Workshop on Understanding the Self for IV Semester students 2025

The first day of the workshop on Understanding the Self was conducted by Kannur University Teacher Education Centre Dharmasala on 9th December 2025 on Personality Development. The second workshop was “Zumba for Stress Management.” on 16 December 2025. The third day of the workshop on Understanding the Self was conducted by Kannur University Teacher Education Centre Dharmasala on 17 December 2025. The theme of the programme was “Yoga for well being”. The last session of the workshop on Understanding the Self was conducted by Dr Rages John on the theme “Knowing oneself” on 19 December 2025.

The first day of the workshop on Understanding the Self was conducted by Kannur University Teacher Education Centre Dharmasala on 20 February 2024. The theme of the programme was “Yoga for well being.”. The second day of the workshop on Understanding the Self was conducted by Kannur University Teacher Education Centre Dharmasala on 21 February 2024. The theme of the programme was “Fitness Management”. The last session of the workshop on Understanding the Self was conducted by Dr Rajeevan on the theme “From Chaos to Calm:A Journey Within”.
